Annual Report 2025/2026

Despite continued economic and market uncertainty, Thriving Investments has delivered its strongest year of growth and increasing profitability. In 2025/26, we secured £160m of new investment, deployed £219m across 12 transactions and increased our portfolio to 5,692 homes owned or managed. This report highlights how we are continuing to attract institutional capital, deliver affordable housing at scale and create lasting social impact through responsible investment. As we progress towards our ambition of delivering 20,000 homes by 2034, we remain focused on generating strong returns while creating thriving communities across the UK.
